MY NAME IS JOY CHIMOMBE. I AM THE FOUNDER OF BETTER BODY, BETTER LIFE.

Welcome to Better Body, Better Life! I’m Joy, and it’s my pleasure to meet you! Thanks for popping in here to learn a little more about me. 

 

A few things to know about me: I’m a Personal Trainer, fit at 57 (and proud of it!), and I love a good gin mixing sesh with friends!

 

I’m passionate about helping people uncover their true lifestyle motivations. I’m not here to tell you why you should get up and move - everybody has different goals. Not everyone wants a bikini bod or 6-pack (if you do, that’s fine, and we can work on that!) 

And I can’t wait to help you do just that!

I am 61 years old and was struggling with consistency when I met Joy.

Her ability to make exercising fun, consistency in giving us exercises throughout the week which cover the whole body, her encouragement and commendations on a daily basis and rigid monitoring has helped me to develop a lifestyle of exercising in just 2 months.

I exercise at least 4-5 times a week. My body is now very healthy and I no longer suffer the body pains I used to suffer. I do not need to try and balance myself when I am putting on my clothes, especially my trousers like I used to - that’s how bad my situation was 🙈.

I have lost 4kg in 2 months and my waistline has decreased by 4cm. I feel good and encouraged to continue with Joy! Thank you Coach!
